This exercise is a lot of fun to learn and presents a real challenge in mastering the movements. It’s incredibly effective for training your upper body to move over and balance on your outside ski, while also improving coordination, timing, and overall balance. With numerous benefits, it’s a must-learn for advanced skiers. However, keep in mind that it’s physically demanding—so if you have any injuries or experience discomfort, it’s best to skip this one!
